Coronavirus and Pet Care
In response to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have implemented important safety measures to protect our clients and staff. These precautions are intended to help reduce the spread of the virus while ensuring your pets continue to receive the essential care they need.
Please follow these guidelines when visiting our clinic:
Upon arrival, all clients — regardless of symptoms — are asked to remain in their vehicle and call us at 817-514-8387. A member of our staff, equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), will meet you at your vehicle to bring your pet into the hospital for examination or treatment.
We will communicate with you by phone to discuss your pet’s history, physical exam findings, and our recommended treatment plan. Payment can be made over the phone, and any medications, prescriptions, or food will be delivered to your vehicle for your convenience.
These steps are in place to promote social distancing and minimize contact, ensuring everyone’s safety. Please understand that our use of PPE is a precaution — not an indication of illness.
Some services may be limited during this period, and grooming appointments may be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these temporary adjustments.
As of now, there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 within our hospital.
