Appointment Policy

Emergency cases are given top priority, which may occasionally result in delays for scheduled appointments. Please know that we make every effort to stay on schedule and see each client promptly. If your pet is experiencing a true emergency, visit our emergency care page for more information.

You can request appointments for checkups, boarding, and grooming directly through our website. These requests are received as emails, and we’ll respond via phone or email as soon as possible. If you don’t receive a reply within a few hours, please don’t hesitate to call us at (817) 514-8387 to confirm your appointment.

For added flexibility, we offer convenient “drop-off” appointments. This means you can bring your pet in at a time that fits your schedule and leave them with us for a few hours. We typically ask that drop-offs occur in the morning, allowing our doctors to examine your pet between other appointments or during designated exam times. Once the examination is complete, the doctor will call you to discuss the findings and provide discharge instructions.

Patient Arrival Policy

To protect the health and safety of all animals in our care, we require that all pets be up to date on their vaccinations. While we do our best to make visits as comfortable as possible, pets can be anxious in new environments. To ensure their safety and the safety of others, we ask that all pets be securely restrained, either on a leash or in a pet carrier, when entering the clinic.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept debit cards and most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit, as well as cash. Please note that we do not accept checks. If you have questions about how payment applies to a specific service, visit our service pages such as pet surgery or dental services for more detail, or give us a call.
