Coronavirus and Pet care

Due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have implemented some necessary precautions in order to protect our clients, as well as the staff, which in turn will help to break the chain or flatten the curve. We are still remaining open since your pets need many necessary services, that cannot wait.

We request pet parents coming to our clinic to do the following.

As you arrive in the parking lot, all clients, not just those who feel ill, please remain in their vehicle and call us at 817-514-8387 to have our staff wearing personal protection items come out and meet with you, bring the pet in to the hospital for any essential services. We will speak to you on the phone to discuss history, Physical exam findings, our treatment plan, etc. Shortly thereafter you will receive a phone call from customer service to make payments over the phone. We will also bring all medications and food to clients in their vehicle. This is to ensure social distancing and minimum personal contact. We will not do a hand shaking either. Please do not think that we all are sick because we wear personal protection items. This is for the safety of you and us.

During this time, services may be limited, and some existing appointments, especially for grooming have been re-scheduled

It is important to note that there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 within the veterinary hospital, at this time.
